E.S. Columbine

E.S. Columbine grew up moving every six months. After meeting her husband, she moved to the state of North Carolina with her one year old son.  Before her final move, E.S. Columbine made it her profession to help people going through trials and tribulations. Because of the hardship those around her faced, she released Handle With Care. Each poem that comprised her book is a reflection of the trials she, as well as those she helped, faced throughout each day. Currently, she is writing Flightless Bird, which is a book of poetry centered around loss. When she isn’t working on her novel, she’s helping out other authors and spending time with her family.

UPCOMING RELEASE

When to Say Goodbye is an upcoming release. It is book two of three within this series of poetry. This particular book focuses on loss. There is no one specific cause of the loss, but the end result is the same. It is going to be released on August 29th. 2019 in honor of a good friends passing.

This is being written with the knowledge that no one life is worthless, and every loss is indeed felt. Because of this, I’m using these poems as a form of motivation to keep pushing through the hard times in anticipation of the good.

This second book will be quite a bit longer than the first, but I hope that its impact is just as strong if not more so. Each of these pieces stem from real life, and experience.  Because of that, I would like to point out, that you are not alone when going through a similar hardship, and even the least suspecting person could be going through a turbulent time.

The need for community, compassion and simply being allowed to grieve over someone’s loss – regardless of how it happened is okay. Even more so, if you do need help, reach out to your local community. Thank you so much for your support, and I hope it helps.
