Released in 2018, it’s the pinnacle point me being that this first publication took over five years to produce. It’s a compilation of some of my newer, as well as my older work that I created during some pretty heavy moments.
Why it was Written
The reason I decided to turn them into a book is that I am a firm believer in poetry and the fact that it saves lives as much as music does. Knowing that you are not the only one going through a similar event, however traumatic, gives one the motivation to push through.
Because of those facts, I decided to create Handle with Care. I’ve never had one particular style being that every event in life, as well as how you react to it varies in style as much as it would affect a completely different person.
I am working on another book of poetry that primarily deals with loss and to bring awareness to suicide and how it affects anyone from all walks of life. But, until then, feel free to snag a copy of Handle with Care.
It’s currently free for download via Kindle and I am in the process of getting it available at Barns and Noble. Please don’t hesitate to tell me what you think, and thank you so much for your support.
